Does a RAK ICC offshore IBC include a UAE visa?

No. A standard RAK ICC International Business Company is not itself a residence-visa package. RAK ICC has different products, including a Global Product, with separate eligibility and conditions.

Can I incorporate directly with RAK ICC?

RAK ICC states that its companies are incorporated through registered agents. The agent's accreditation and required registered-office arrangement should be confirmed before engagement.

Can a RAK ICC company open a UAE bank account?

Bank account approval is always subject to the bank's due diligence and policies. Incorporation does not guarantee account opening.

What are the annual costs?

The first-year and recurring costs depend on structure, registered-agent/address services, registrar charges and any additional documents. Request an itemised quotation; check the 2026 RAK ICC fee schedule.

Can I use a RAK ICC IBC to trade locally in the UAE?

An IBC is not a replacement for a mainland or licensed free-zone business undertaking local commercial activities. We will review the intended activity and recommend the appropriate licensing route.
