Refund Policy

All services and payments are legally executed through RAS Corporate Advisors LLC.
1. General Rule
All payments made to RAS Corporate Advisors LLC are non-refundable, unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Non-Refundable Items
No refunds are applicable for:
- Government fees
- Free zone or authority charges
- Visa, Emirates ID, medical, or immigration fees
- Bank charges or payment gateway fees
- Third-party service costs
Once paid or submitted, these amounts cannot be reversed.
3. Professional Fees
a. Work Not Started
Refunds may be considered case-by-case only if no work has commenced, no documents are reviewed, and no submission is made. Administrative deductions may apply.
b. Work Started or Submitted
Once documentation review begins, applications are submitted, or authorities are engaged, no refund shall be applicable.
4. Authority Rejection
No refund will be issued if rejection occurs due to authority decision, compliance requirements, nationality restrictions, or regulatory changes.
5. Client-Caused Delays
No refund applies if delays occur due to incomplete documents, incorrect information, lack of response, or change of decision by the client.
6. Approved Refunds (If Any)
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 14–30 working days
- Bank and gateway charges may be deducted
