We are seeking a qualified Corporate Legal Advisor to support our clients in company formation, restructuring, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in UAE commercial laws, free zone regulations, and offshore structuring.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate shareholder agreements, MOAs, and legal documents
- Advise clients on UAE commercial laws, nominee structures, and corporate governance
- Ensure legal compliance for company registration and restructuring
- Liaise with free zones, DED, and other government authorities
Requirements:
- Law degree with 3+ years’ UAE corporate law experience
- Strong legal drafting and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
